Pottery Class Cancelation Policy
To request a cancellation, refund, or reschedule, please email info@juneandgem.com.
If you’re unable to attend, rescheduling is strongly encouraged whenever possible. Rescheduling allows you to apply your tuition toward a future class and is often a better option than last-minute cancellation, as it ensures you still receive the full value of your class.
14 days or more before the class start date: 100% refund
7–13 days before the class start date: 80% refund
3–6 days before the class start date: 50% refund
Less than 2 days before the class start date: no refunds
If canceled within 24 hours of booking (regardless of the class start date): 100% refund
If a class does not meet minimum enrollment, we may cancel it up to 1 day before the first session. In that case, you will receive either a full refund, a credit or the option to transfer to a different class.
Shipping Policy
We ship USPS for domestic. International packages are shipped USPS, UPS or FEDEX depending on the best price.
Shipping times are an estimate, not a guaranteed time frame. Shipping estimates do not include processing time.
All packages are shipped insured. Buyers are responsible for lost or damaged goods.
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import costs. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Any packages that get returned to us because of an incorrect address can be shipped out again, but customer is required to pay for new shipping charges.
Return Policy for Pottery
No returns for pottery sales. Exchanges are accepted case by case. All items are shipped insured. We are not responsible for damages during shipping or lost packages. Only items such as stickers and accessories are eligible for returns if there is a major flaw, such as a printing error or acrylic imperfections or an incorrect order. Please email info@juneandgem.com with your order number and state the issue. You may be asked to send a photo of the issue. If exchanging pottery or apparel, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. Stickers with flaws do not need to be returned. If there is an approved issue with a sticker order, a new one will be shipped to you free of charge.
