
JUNE AND GEM RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
June and Gem takes pride in the craftsmanship of each handmade item. Handmade items will show signs of being handmade. This can include minor glaze imperfections or slight warping. In sets, this can include subtle variations in size, color and/or shape. Returns for these minor imperfections and/or variations will not be accepted. However, if for any other reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted under the following parameters. If you have any questions please email ashley@juneandgem.com.

Shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are covered by the customer.

All personalized pottery is made to order and is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns must be in new condition with no signs of use or wear.

Returns must be brought back to the store or mailed back within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you.

Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase,(receipt or email order confirmation).

Sale items are final sale, no returns or store credit.

Any items that are damaged from use or general wear and tear are not returnable. All items must be returned in new condition.
JUNE AND GEM SHIPPING GUARANTEE: I am happy to replace items that were damaged during shipping with the following parameters:
1. Please text 425-354-9724 or email ashley@juneandgem.com within 5 days of receiving your damaged order so I can initiate your replacement. Some items are one of a kind and a similar replacement can be sent or items can be remade with a waiting period. If neither option works for you then I will refund the item(s).
2. Proof of damage is required for replacements or refunds. Take photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the box and packing slip and email them to ashley@juneandgem.com.
